I definitely had some amazing highlights from my previous experience that has allowed me to build significant expertise in x,y,z areas that have really contributed to my core skill set. 

And although it was an organization that I could really see myself growing with, they started enabling certain behaviors that were no longer in line with my own values. Despite that, I'm really grateful for the opportunity because it's given me even more clarity in what I want in my next steps.

And I'm really excited speaking with you today because everything that x company stands for is very much in line with my own career aspirations. You've got this!
