Assalamualaikum & Good Day,

Dear Friends, Colleagues and Bosses,

Today marks my last day at [your future ex-company] after joining the family about [ No. of] years ago. Initially entered [your future ex-company] as a fresh graduate, I am truly blessed to be able to work in different areas of [your future ex-company] ; starting with the [department 2], [department 3] & [department 4] and then moved into [department 5] , before taking up the [department 6] .

I have grown tremendously at [your future ex-company] , both in professional and personal ways. I am humbled by every learning experience that came my way, and as this is the first company I’ve worked with, there are a lot of “first” experiences which are priceless. Working with friends and colleagues from different backgrounds at [your future ex-company] has given me a very interesting perspective on life and I am very thankful for the partnerships which we have built over these years.

Thank you very much for your coaching, guidance, support, feedback and kind assistance extended to me. I truly appreciate it.

As I embark on my new responsibilities in a different environment, I only wish that I can continue adding values to the people around me, and at the same time to continuously learn and grow as an individual. It goes without saying that I will miss the family here at [your future ex-company] , especially my family at [your future ex-company] , but God willing, InshaAllah, our path will cross again and I hope I’ll give only positive reflections of [your future ex-company] wherever I may be. :)
